With our incredible reliant staff, we take great pride in giving our clients the luxury they deserve by handling all aspects of their homes construction, from managing and carrying out the engineering and design to securing approvals and permits. At DGC we build the entire project from start to finish. We rely on our employees to form and pour ICF foundations, frame, complete roof systems, drywall, trim, paint, install flooring, and millwork. We finish the exterior with masonry, siding, soffit and facia, tailoring customers homes, cottages, and businesses to their expectations. Additionally, Doug Geoffrey Construction depends on their trusted subcontractors in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, as each bring a specialized talent to every project.
THE PROCESS
Through the provision of various drawings that illustrate the buildings exterior, interior, and systems, Doug Geoffrey Construction provides a schematic design allowing both the client and contractor a visual representation of the project that will be constructed.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
As we continue into the construction phase, we remain your advocates from start to finish. Through managing permits, contracts, and design revisions, to collaborating one on one with clients, keeping them well informed on the status of their project.
